Ryan was incredibly responsive to our needs, and kept us up to date and informed throughout the process of purchasing our home. He was very quick to respond to any question, and if he didn't immediately know the answer, he found the appropriate answer and got back to us very quickly. He supported us throughout the entire process. We were overall incredibly pleased!

We had our house up for sale for almost 10 months, and had gone through two agents, when we listed with Ryan Gritters and he sold our house in one week!!! He was always available to talk to via texting or the phone. He was willing to have an open house every weekend, when the other agents refused, stating they were a waste of time. He also negotiated the contract with ease and really helped us in so many ways. We thought we were closing on our honeymoon, and Ryan said if he had to, he would drive down to the Lake where we were staying and have us sign the papers. That was a three hour drive. Ryan was our agent for the purchase of our first home. We met him at an open house and he was very knowledgeable about the builder we were interested in. Ryan was very thorough with helping us understand the paperwork and the process. After the papers were signed, Ryan maintained regular communication with us to keep us up to date with everything. At the time of closing, Ryan met with us after hours to ensure our closing went smooth. I appreciate his availability and quick response time during the whole process. He was great to work with.

Ryan went above and beyond in every area for us. We visited one of the houses where he was the realtor representing the seller just casually looking at houses from out of town. We weren't interested in buying that house and generally weren't serious buyers at the time. Ryan kindly offered to show us other houses in the area after we told him that we were not serious buyers. He volunteered his time to help anyway and was very professional in his approach. He had lined up houses in the area where we were looking while we went on lunch break and had 3 houses ready for us to visit by the time we were done with lunch. We ended up really liking one of the houses and ended up buying the house. We were unable to move into the house for about a month and half after we bought it because we had to line up our move from out of town. Ryan checked on the house frequently for us, turned off the water pipes for us, set the temperature in the house, and helped arrange painters getting into the house to paint before we arrived. He also arranged an out of town closing for us as we were unable to be in town for the closing. He was prompt in everything he did and was very friendly and helpful all the way through the process. We could not have had a better experience!!!
